It measures 120 cm in diameter and 76 cm high: the size of round table that fits in a flat's dining room without blocking the way through. On that footprint the round shape goes further than a rectangular one, because there are no heads of table and no dead corners, and you can walk all the way around. In a dining room on a narrow route it is the shape that gets in the way least, and inside the room it can happily stay centred.

The circular top rests on three identical legs, spread beneath the edge, which leave wide gaps for pulling a chair in. There are no mouldings, decorated edges or trims: only volume, and that is where the emphatic, clean-lined silhouette that defines the table comes from. The material is microcement with fibreglass, with a mineral matt finish, a continuous surface with no joints or veneers to lift over time.

The beige is a warm, raw neutral, the kind that does not fight with the floor or with the chairs already in the house: it goes with light wood, wicker and linen, and in a dining room with little natural light it does not darken it. It weighs 69.8 kg and requires assembly.
