Side Table in Metal and White Stone

Modern side tables in sintered stone and black metal

The Coimbra side table works with contrast as a design principle. The white sintered stone top brings luminosity and a texture that evokes natural marble without its maintenance limitations. The matt black metal base, on the other hand, anchors the piece in a contemporary language with a precision and a restraint that make the whole balanced and timeless. Together, these two materials create one of the most complete modern side tables in the collection in aesthetic and functional terms.

Sintered stone is a high-performance material: resistant to scratches, to damp and to stains, with a visual appearance that has nothing to envy in natural stone. The slight variations in the veining of each top also guarantee that no Coimbra is exactly like another, which adds a point of singularity to a piece of apparently conventional lines.

Two heights for every need

Being available in two formats, 42×42×55 cm and 55×55×45 cm, lets the Coimbra be adapted to very different contexts. The taller version works better beside sofas and armchairs where you need support at arm height. The lower version, by contrast, is more suited as a secondary coffee table or as part of a composition alongside other pieces. It is therefore common to use both versions in the same room to create a dynamic, functional composition.

Its circular design softens the whole and makes circulation easier in small spaces, avoiding the angles that can be uncomfortable in areas people walk through. The compact format of both versions also makes it especially suited to apartments or spaces where every centimetre counts.

A timeless piece for interiors with judgement

The Coimbra does not follow a particular trend: its combination of stone and black metal is an established design language that works just as well today as it will in ten years' time. In short, it is for those who want to invest in pieces that do not need replacing with every change of season.

To complete the sitting area, combine it with one of our designer floor lamps that share its palette of black and neutral tones.
