Balhsa Table Lamp

Marble and black metal: a combination with character

The Balhsa lamp works with contrast as a design principle. The grey marble brings nobility, texture and a presence that varies with the light of the room thanks to its natural veining. The matt black metal, on the other hand, introduces a contemporary, precise line that anchors the piece in the present. Together, they also create a sophisticated balance that becomes more interesting the longer you spend with the piece.

Its scale of 36×36 cm with a height of 70 cm makes it one of the most versatile modern living-room table lamps in the collection. It is not a large-format lamp that occupies the centre of a space: it is a piece you place in a corner, next to an armchair or on a side table, and from there it transforms the setting discreetly and effectively. It is therefore especially suited to living rooms where there is already general lighting and what you want is a second plane of light with character.

A semicircular shade for an intimate, directed light

The semicircular shade is the functional element that defines the Balhsa's lighting experience. Unlike conventional cylindrical or conical shades, the semicircular form concentrates the light in one direction and creates a halo of intimate, directed lighting. It is therefore especially effective for reading corners, conversation areas or any space where you want a gathered, welcoming atmosphere.

The matt black metallic finish of the shade reinforces the visual coherence of the whole and adds a subtle contrast against the marble of the base. In short, every element of the Balhsa is designed so that the final result is greater than the sum of its parts.

A piece for interiors with aesthetic sensibility

The Balhsa is for those who know that the best spaces are built with pieces that have something to say. It is not the most eye-catching lamp in the collection. It is, however, one of the most elegant. And that distinction, in decoration, counts for a great deal.

To complete the corner, combine it with one of our distinctive side tables in noble materials that share its refined spirit.
