Boga Pendant Vertical

A vertical blown glass light, with the light facing down or up

The blown glass shades face either down or up. Facing down, the light falls on the surface below and marks a specific point in the space: a worktop, a reception desk, the foot of a staircase. Facing up, it bounces off the ceiling and returns an indirect, softer brightness that bathes the room instead of singling out a point. It is 111 cm of vertical drop on an iron structure in matt black, a narrow, tall proportion that takes up little room and serves to mark out zones in an open-plan interior.

Blown glass has irregular thicknesses that can be seen with the light on, and the iron provides the rigidity of the whole. The integrated LED gives 20 W and 1200 lm at 3000 K, with a 360° beam angle and CRI ≥ 90: although the piece reads as directed light, the glass also lets brightness escape to the sides and avoids the effect of an isolated spotlight.

The driver is included, switching is on-off and the fabric cable measures 1.5 m. It is for indoor use, with IP20 protection and a five-year warranty. You can see it alongside the rest of the designer ceiling lights.
