Lattes Sideboard

Mango wood and beige bamboo in a four-door sideboard

The beige bamboo appears in the details and lightens the whole against the brown of the mango wood. It is a soft contrast, between two close tones, that brings texture without turning the unit into the focus of the room. Bamboo is light and very regular in fibre, and partly explains why the piece stays at 44.1 kg while measuring 175 cm wide.

The inside is shared between two compartments of 84 × 34 × 50 cm behind four doors, with two fixed shelves 26 cm apart. They are wide, low compartments, the kind that work for folded table linen, stacked crockery and low storage boxes. Each shelf takes 10 kg and the unit holds 60 kg. The wall anchor is included, and it is worth using precisely because the body is light.

The outside proportions are 175 × 40 × 75 cm, with the top at table height, comfortable for resting trays when serving. The legs are adjustable, so an uneven floor is compensated without wedging anything underneath.

It suits light interiors, Nordic or natural in style, and accompanies wooden tables without competing with them. You can see it with the rest of the sideboards.
