A 152 cm sideboard with a gloss front and a mango wood body

The piece combines two materials that behave very differently: mango wood, solid and heavy, and MDF with a gloss finish on the front. The gloss returns the light of the room and makes the unit read lighter than it is; the mango provides the structure and most of the 51.2 kg. It is a common construction in contemporary pieces, where the front sets the character and the wood holds the whole together.

At 152 cm wide and 81 cm high it sits slightly below a classic sideboard, just enough for the top to stay usable without the unit cutting the wall visually. The 42 cm depth is that of full dining-room storage: dinner plates, table linen and bottles standing upright all fit. It requires assembly and arrives in a 160 × 50 × 70 cm box weighing 58 kg, so it is worth measuring the access before delivery.

A good choice for a dining room with clear walls, or for a living room that needs a piece with presence without taking up much depth. The rest of the selection is in sideboards.
