A viscose rug with a pronounced texture for a warm living room

Kalea plays with texture: the weave does not stay flat, it has raised areas that return the light differently, and that relief is what gives depth to a range as restrained as brown. The viscose surface feels soft under bare feet and the polyester in the blend brings the resilience a piece in a walkway needs.

It measures 340 × 240 cm, a living room size: room for the sofa, the armchairs and the coffee table without anyone setting foot on a cold floor as they sit down. In a bedroom it works the same way under a double bed, with margin to get out on both sides. At 1 cm thick it sits almost flush and does not get in the way of a door. Its 15.1 kg call for care when laying it out, but they also explain why it stays where you put it.

The warm brown makes it easy to combine: it adds to wooden floors and tempers microcement or light porcelain ones. You can see it alongside the rest of our designer rugs.
